Self-Pay Rates for Therapy

• $140 per individual session (60 minutes)

• $170 per couples or family counseling session (60 minutes)

• $50 per group session (75 minutes)

• $70 per individual session (60 minutes) provided by Counseling Interns 

​

Self-Pay Rates for Psychiatric Services

​

• $275 for initial session (60 minutes)​

• $150 for follow-up sessions (30 minutes)

• $225 for psychotherapy (with or without medications; 60 minutes)

Our Counselors, Therapists, and Psychiatric Providers are in-network with the following insurance plans:

 

• United Healthcare (including UBH, Optum, UMR, Surest, and UHC Student Resources) ​

• Aetna (and Meritain)

• Medical Mutual

• Custom Design Benefits

• CareSource (Medicaid and Marketplace)

• Molina (Medicaid and Marketplace)

• Buckeye/Ambetter

Our Counselors and Therapists also accept TriHealth EAP.

Our Mental Health Coaches do not accept insurance.

Please note, we do not accept any Medicare products (including those associated with the commercial products listed above or the dual options versions of the Medicaid products listed above). Using Your Out-of-Network Benefits

This seems to be a closely held secret of the insurance industry - they don't want you to know about this. We absolutely want you to know so you can make an informed decision as you search for the therapist that is the best fit for you!

 

If you have an insurance not listed above, we can ​provide itemized receipts so you can use your Out-of-Network benefits.  The reimbursement or credit towards your deductible that out-of-network benefits provide varies from plan to plan. We have seen some plans reimburse 0% and some up to 80%, meaning they can be just as good as in-network benefits!

Please contact you insurance company to find out about your Out-of-Network Benefits. The headache and investment of time will most likely be worth it!
